Fly box - film school and student housing

The design of the film school and student housing is greatly influenced by the position of the water reservoir, which makes it impossible to use vertical supports in its space, and it is therefore necessary to use a truss structure. In terms of shape, the design is influenced by the block development and as a whole it forms the block itself, except for the eastern part of the plot, where the building is omitted and thus provides a view of the surroundings from the courtyard parts of the buildings. Student housing offers a capacity of up to 312 people and is spread over seven floors. The film school is designed into three smaller floors, where there are facilities for teachers, and three main floors, where the classrooms themselves, recording studios and special classrooms are located.
