Coworking center

The design of the building is located on a plot near the Central Railway Station. It is a modern coworking center combined with student housing on the upper floors. Thanks to the location of the building, one facade is blind, as the building is connected to the neighboring building. The architectural design is conceived in such a way that it fits harmoniously into the surrounding environment, but at the same time does not attract too much attention. The facade of the building is made of concrete cladding with large windows, which are recessed into the wall thanks to pillars, which achieves a modern and elegant appearance. This design allows for plenty of natural light in the interior and at the same time provides privacy for residents and users of the coworking space.
