The project deals with the urban design of the Portyč settlement in Písek. Specifically, it concerns the revitalization of the modernist quarter from the 1980s and the review of the future development of the affected areas in relation to the city's plans. The future development of the neighbourhood is based on the main vision for and 8 objectives. The development procedures are: to exploit the potential of the natural component of the site. Connect the development to the entrance to the open countryside with the help of a de-tubed stream, tree planting and revitalization of the waterfront with a linear park along. Create community life and self-sufficiency, gentrify the community, enhance the quality of housing and recreation on the estate and use undeveloped brownfield land.
