Apartment building at Prague Main Station

The apartment building is located in a neglected part of the very center of Prague known as Sherwood. It is one of five buildings in the newly proposed block next to the check-in hall. On the first floor of the building there is a passage lined with shops. On the second floor, we can find administrative spaces, one larger retail and other commercial areas enlivening the zone along the highway. From the third floor, the building is materially divided into three parts, in which there are residential units. Between these masses, a common space is created for residents with two holes to the ground floor forming communication cores. These cores are used to serve two apartment-type houses, which enable a deeper connection between the inner blocks and the residents.
