Otakarova, a place on the border of Vršovice, Nusle and Vinohrady. Formerly a street bordered by blocks of flats and a railway line, today it has the character of an unfinished and confusing square. Mainly to blame is the demolition of two blocks of flats in the 1970s, which took place in order to intensify car traffic throughout the area. Modern trends have led to the fact that the number of driven the traffic becomes unbearable and the pedestrian is restricted at every turn. With our proposal, we are trying to complete the street, reduce car traffic and, above all, return it to a human scale.
