FLYING BLOCK film school
Annotation
The FLYING BLOCK film school is in inspired by the block structure of the surrounding urban scape. A steel superstructure lifts the school over the existing water reservoir and allows for a more classical construction on top of it, creating a public space that is framed by the film school and student housing on both sides. Student projects can be shown to the public in the central theater, that is immersed into the superstructure and accessible from the plaza.
