RE-CLIMB RESORT

As a part of the recycling facility in Hořín, we propose a new climbing center with recyclable holds. In the heritage-protected lodge, a restaurant offering hospitality to visitors of the center as well as all the passer-bys will open up after reconstruction. Due to operational reasons, its inner courtyard will be roofed. The shape of the roof is inspired by the axial symmetry of the building, whereas the delicate construction creates a contrast with the massive historic masonry. A few meters behind the lodge, a new building offering accommodation will be erected. The half facing the restaurant will serve as a hotel for guests of the climbing center. The other part is designated as accommodation for the employees of the facility.
