ZENKLOVA - senior day care centre
Annotation
In this project, I am focusing on designing a dignified place for seniors. A place where seniors can meet friends and receive assistance from social workers. The site will feature a daily and weekly care center, where seniors spend time from morning to evening during the workweek. Above the care center, there is a residential service that accommodates seniors for periods ranging from three weeks to three months, for instance, during health issues. The overall atmosphere of the building is based on inner courtyard gardens and is supported by the use of high-quality materials in their natural form. Additionally, I place a strong emphasis on a rational approach and the functionality of the social facility for seniors.
