PLACE RECYCLING: PILGRIMAGE HOUSE

Tomáš Pokorný

Annotation

The pilgrimage house under the Lemberk Castle is a special place where history, spirituality and mysticism meet. Its aim is to provoke deep inner experiences in pilgrims and to open the way to spiritual knowledge. The local environment, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Lužické Mountains, acts as a gateway between the material world and what lies beyond. Pilgrims come here with a desire to discover something more within themselves, something that transcends ordinary reality. The house offers various forms of spiritual practice such as meditation, prayer and contemplation. It is a place where past and present, the material world and the spiritual dimension meet. Here we can touch the mystery and discover something within ourselves that transcends our everyday existence.
