Horní Libeň where am I? On the periphery or very close to the centre of Prague? Is it quiet here or can I avoid the urban bustle? Car service here anthere. The character of a romantic town is strong despite the chaos. The sad reality of a fragmented urban structure, lack of housing and no goals for social life is quite visible. I want to bring back the picturesque, I don't want to distinguish between new and old. I like romantic streets, low houses and village character. In such places I encourage tranquillity and propose low-rise, primarily, residential development. Corners where I can rest, yards and apartments where there is plenty of sunshine. But in some places, the rusticity has been lost forever. That's all right. The urban aspects are needed here.
