The design concept explores the interesting collaboration between recycling construction waste and experimenting with creating new quality from resources that were initially discarded. All of us have dealt with waste. Some of us probably were more conscious about separating waste for recycling purposes. However, most of us probably don’t know or think about what happens after we get rid of the big black bags. The ‘NXT . GEN’ facility offers this experience. The goal of the educational aspect of the building is to inspire. Because of this function all different generations all represented in the building and get a glimpse of innovative ways to see waste as a recourse again.
