Family house design

The project was created as an assignment on a real plot of land for a family of four. The sloping 596m2 plot is located on the edge of the built-up area above the Prokop Valley, which is also the main landmark of the views from the eastern side of the property. When creating the brief, the main points were the gabled roof, direct access from the basement car park, the east side as open as possible, and the residence terrace.
