VISITOR CENTRE

Klárov is a public space in Prague's Lesser Town, which is important for Prague's tourism. I have designed a visitor centre in the Holubička park, through which most tourists from Prague Castle pass, which offers itself to passers-by but at the same time does not obstruct the free passage through the park. The main point of my design is an aisle formed by two masses. In the middle is a small square connected to the main hall where tourists can meet. From the hall there are passages to the information centre itself and a room with 3D models of Prague. The right mass is conceived as a facilities for the building, but also for the tourists themselves. Passers-by can use the café and public toilets. The building is intended to be used to get new information about Prague.
