THE LINE

The "LINE" project is located in Rokycany and involves the revitalization of land around the railway line. It includes residential, multifunctional, and industrial buildings, divided into three sections according to their function and location. The industrial buildings are relocated from the residential zone to the industrial zone in the east and are provided with a parking garage. Near the station, multifunctional buildings with office spaces, a dance hall, a study room, and parking for cars and bicycles will be constructed. New residential buildings are added in the west. Finally, each section includes connections via overpasses/underpasses that allow movement between both parts of the city and eliminate the function of the railway line as a barrier.
