Apartment house Vltavín

Vltavín is one of the diamonds which can be found only on the territory of the Czech Republic. One of the locations is the city of Týn nad Vltavou for which I’m designing an apartment building with non-orthogonal structure, it’s a reminiscent of a diamond crystal. The apartment building is split into several apartment classes focused on family living. The conception with balconies, teracces and natural outside premises is modified for its main reason as it offers the families enough of both inside and outside space. The establishment is a part of a bigger development which is being created in cooperation with other studio members and its goal is to offer an independent functional unit ensuring amminities for the residents.
