The Faculty of Information Technology's new building proposal is strategically located on a site to the northeast of the CTU campus. Despite the limited size of the site, the design successfully includes several large key spaces that ensure an open and bright workspace for both students and the public.
A notable exterior design feature is the prominent positioning of the aula space in the north façade, making a clear statement about the building's educational purpose. Internally, the layout is centred around this aula space, with a central vertical communication core that facilitates easy orientation for visitors and students. This thoughtful design ensures both functionality and aesthetic appeal, creating an inviting and practical environment for academic activities.
