Housing Nádražní

Housing Nádražní is located in the town of Písek in the street Nádražní. The concept is based on the form of a street, where blocks are placed in such a way that a street-like space is created between them. This helps to illuminate and aerate Nádražní Street. It is mainly housing that is oriented inward on the block away from the busy street. The Dance School, on the other hand, is facing the street, which helps to bring life to the street. The passageway is a semi-private space. There are front gardens and a designated area for a residents' community room. The facades are in soft colours to soften the street with a design for climbing plants. The façades on the 3NP step back to create terraces that help bring light into the passageway while helping socializing and meeting.
