Residential building

The design of apartment building is located on square U Orionky at the intersection of Benešovská and Korunní streets, making it the imaginary center of this localion. This idea is also supported by the surrounding buildings, which are various all around this place. Another characteristic element is a monument of the trolleybus turnpike, which, despite its current insignificance, still helps to create a local atmosphere. The concept developed from these thoughts - a reference to the monument and the unification of local architecture. It is a block building, which is composed of two wings coping borders of each street, united by a diagonal piece with a glazed atrium and a residential terrace. The emphasis is concentrated mainly on practical and community usage.
