Modřany Gully Physical Therapy Centre

The task of the semester was a reconditioning or rehabilitation facility with the associated function of a restaurant and accommodation for patients. The rehabilitation center is designed on an area of ​​approximately 4000m2. The building has a circular shape with several attached, also circular projections. In the middle of the main volume there is a landscaped, green area freely accessible from several points of the building, which can be shaded if necessary. From all the rooms on the outer edge of the building there are separate exits to the terrace encircling the entire space. The building provides enough light, fresh air, views through the yard and into the countryside, and close contact with the surrounding nature, a small part of which is transferred inside.
