COMMUNITY HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY

Community housing for the elderly is located in Týn nad Vltavou. It serves not only for long-term residents, but also as a respite service. The building offers a total of 24 apartments, 12 single, 8 double and 4 above-standard doubles with a separate bedroom. The first floor of the building contains a dining room and a common area, which are separated from each other only by a sliding partition. There is also a take-out kitchen, offices, laundry room and accommodation for staff. From the second floor, residents have access to a private garden where they can relax and tend to plants in raised beds. On the southern facade of the design, there are spacious loggias overviewing the city.
