The project in Týn nad Vltavou includes the reconstruction of the Blanice housing estate, which consists of six buildings: Two office buildings, two residential buildings, one elderly care center and one sports building. The concept emphasizes the balance between greenery and the built-up area, creating a pleasant environment for residents. The overall design respects the modern needs of the population and harmoniously integrates into nature, while promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. The project focuses on a safe and welcoming environment for all age categories.
