AREA 4

Refuge, recreation, space for play, education and socialization, all this is offered by the Area 4 project. The project was created in connection with the required revitalization of the Blanice area in the city of Týn nad Vltavou. The Polycentre non-violently complements the existing urban development, connects the Hlinky housing estate with family houses and thus forms one unified whole. The concept is based on the idea of ​​creating an oasis for all age categories of residents, which will be a place for living, shopping, relaxation and physical activities. Three masses representing apartment buildings with commerce on the lower floors and one mass functioning as a coworking building with rentable lecture spaces. Together, these masses hold a piazzetta divided in height.
