The hotel is part of the revitalization of the industrial complex of the Baťa Shoe Company in Zlín. It is in the eastern part of the area – the sixth building from the south in the second row from the east (№ 26). On the ground floor there is a reception, lobby bar, table d'hôte restaurant and fitness. 140 double rooms and 20 suites are designed in the hotel part of five floors. The hotel also has an underground floor where garages and technical facilities are situated.
