TRIM Hotel Park

The subject of the project documentation is the implementation of the TRIM Hotel park, which is located in the Pardubice VII city district - in Ohrazenice. It is a construction on private land belonging to the hotel, which is currently unused. The area under consideration is bordered by Marie Majerové Street, the hotel building and the adjacent parking lot. The land contains mature trees that are of an air raid nature and are already reaching the end of their lives, existing clothes dryers, a building with a cogeneration unit and overhead power line poles. The purpose of the construction is the construction of a new hotel park and space for hotel guests, long-term residents and the public with the aim of improving both the residential and aesthetic quality of the space.
