HAB (Hunting cAB)

HAB serves forest managers and naturalists. Its layout includes an entrance area with access to the roof and storage space for firewood and equipment, as well as a living area. The cottage is off-grid, with no connection to utilities or roads. Water must be brought in, and there is a dry toilet located at the other end of a footpath. The cottage allows its occupants to weather unfavorable conditions and observe the surroundings from its roof. It is situated in the picturesque Úpořský Brook valley, far from civilization, within the Týřov National Nature Reserve. The design draws inspiration from the rich history of the Křivoklát region, continuing the tradition of hand-built shelters made primarily from natural materials.
