Picnic table

In the peaceful surroundings of the forest by the Rope Park Slapy, benches are currently used to provide a basic functional solution. They offer the possibility of resting, working, dining or social activities, but their design shows certain shortcomings, especially in the area of windproofing.   When designing, I decided to maintain the style of a picnic table, mainly because of its versatility, stability and the possibility of gradual integration into the existing equipment. However, the key consideration was to use only materials available on site, i.e. identical to those used in the construction of the rope park itself, more precisely a 140 mm x 40 mm profile beam.
