The design is part of the new urban plan for Pragovka. The main concept emphasizes openness and transparency, ensuring the buildings do not create visual barriers but instead connect public spaces and naturally integrate with the park. The buildings are designed as standalone structures, arranged to create visual corridors and public pathways that link to the park's trails. A total of 80 apartments with various layouts are planned. All buildings are connected by underground garages, designed with ramps to accommodate the sloping terrain leading to the entrances. Concrete is the primary structural and visual material, highlighting the clean and simple form.
