Annotation
he proposal focuses on closing the urban gap in Na Perštýně Street, which emerged between the historic and more recent parts of Prague. It addresses the significant height difference between the neighboring buildings and creates a smooth transition between two distinct urban structures. The building is divided into two parts – the lower, wider section responds to the historical development, while the narrower, taller section steps back and adapts to the surrounding architecture. Although the building is situated in a historic setting, its modern façade distinguishes it while still blending into the urban context without disrupting the character of the street.
