Residential building in Pragovka

The apartment building is part of a project that will bring the old industrial area of ​​Pragovka back to life. The facades are oriented to the east (to the square) and west (to the inner block), which offers abundant daylight. A long polycarbonate window runs through the staircase on the western facade, which illuminates the house's core. On this side, there is also a community space with a gallery extending over two floors, which is opened to the inner block by a square French window. The overall aesthetics of the building is achieved with concrete and corten plates and railings, while it wants to imitate the atmosphere of the industrial space in which it is located.
