Apartment buildings Pragovka

The residential complex is located at the corner of Parková Street in the newly designed Pragovka district. The buildings form the boundary of a superblock, in front of which opens up the natural space of the Rokytka Park, providing pleasant and high-quality living in this new neighborhood. The three five-story apartment buildings offer apartment layouts ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk, and apartments facing the main street are extended with balconies. The design of the balconies, supported by steel columns and metal panels on the facade, references the industrial history of the Pragovka area. All three buildings are connected underground by a shared parking garage. The spatial arrangement of the buildings allows for free movement from Rokytka Park, through the courtyard, and further into the Pr
