Annotation
The body of the building consists of a ground floor, which houses a small commercial space and a café with a smooth facade. Above the ground floor, there is a section with apartments and small rental units. Here, the facade features grooves and sculpted windows, interpreting the stuccoed facades of historical styles. The top floors are clad in blocks and connect harmoniously with the roofs of the neighboring houses.
