SPLIT-HOUSE PRAGOVKA

The apartment building is part of the proposal for the revitalization of the former Pragovka factory complex. It is located in a prominent position at the end of one of the main urban axes of the new development plan. The architecture of the building reflects its primary focus, apartments. It is a simple cuboid form whose body is visually narrowed by corner terraces. The appearance of the house is influenced by its spatial layout - along the north-south axis it is divided into two parts offset by half a storey, which allows for increased efficiency of the layout.
