The addressed area currently has several problems. It is located in the middle of a vast field. The field is at risk of erosion, is inaccessible to visitors and does not provide a refuge for insects, amphibians or more valuable plant species. At the same time, there is potential to create a place close to nature, convey it to visitors and highlight its qualities. It is located within walking distance of the city center of Lanškroun, a watercourse flows through it in the valley, and it offers a nice view of the surrounding hills and forests.
