Annotation

By designing a house on the northern plot, we address the uncertainty of the area with an unclear future, while the southern building asserts itself into the street space and dominates with its bay windows. We create a public forecourt by setting back the building line, forming a bay with a tree, which could, for instance, accommodate a restaurant. The slender tower is served by a space-efficient split-level system combined with open walkways, gradually transitioning into a core layout. We design urban apartments catering to a wide range of residents, along with equivalent communal facilities in the courtyard, social rooms, and rooftop terraces. The goal is to design high-quality yet cost-efficient apartments in the largest possible number to accommodate as many people as possible.
