High Speed Block Smíchov - Over the rails

The project is located on the high speed block. It is built around a program of housing, a market hall and offices. The original idea was that the shapes of the project should follow those of the railroad. We created a central square to link each building together. The viaduct is an integral part of the project, as its arches can be seen in a more modern way on the facades of the market hall. For the overall materiality, we chose brick, which comes in a variety of shades depending on the building.
