Plzeň administration

Within the planned area in Plzeň’s Jižní Předměstí, two administrative buildings have been designed, sharing common parking and a unified triangular grid. The building I propose, together with its neighboring structure, creates a barrier against the busy road to the north while leaving space for a shared square to the south. The building respects the unconventional triangular grid, resulting in unique spatial layouts. In my opinion, this principle is best exemplified by the staircases, which are, of course, also triangular.
