PODOLSKA RESIDENCE

The residential building on the corner of Podolská Street in Prague 4 replaces the existing one-storey building. The building is highlighted by a cantilevered corner above the ground floor, which increases the usable area of the apartments. The sixth storey consists of a lightweight envelope with roller shutter exterior shading, is set back on the north side and offers residents terrace for relaxation. The building is seamlessly connected to the neighbouring properties and utilises the entire site area. There are two underground levels for parking, which are accessed by a car lift.
