Hybrid apartment building Lochkov

The assigned plot is part of an urban design project expanding the Prague-Lochkov urban district. The project focuses on private property housing of a higher standard, divided into three main housing types: maisonettes, apartments accessed via a gallery, and apartments with a corridor layout. Conceptually, these types are integrated into one compact mass. The plot incorporates zoning into private spaces (front yards and gardens) and semi-private spaces (a shared terrace and outdoor pathways). The main expression of the building is the northern facade, oriented towards the street, while the southern facade, with its more relaxed character featuring loggias, galleries, and terraces, ensures the privacy of the residents. The primary materials used are facing bricks and slabs in cream tones.
