Our block is part od the urban plan fot the development by the tracks opposite the train station. The aim was to design a pleasant place to live the also provides amenities for the location. The design of the block includes several civic buildings - a gallery, a sports hall and a multipurpose hall. At the core of the design is a residential courtyard block to which the community spaces of the individual houses are orientated. This space is separated from the street annd slowly spreads out to the tracks.
