VELESLAVIN RESIDENCE

On the site of Veleslavín in Prague, I am designing an apartment building with a section for professional foster families. The plot is surrounded by the enclosed area of the historical Veleslavín castle to the west, lower houses to the south and a heating plant to the south-east. Today, train tracks run along the northern side of the parcel, which will be transformed into a linear park over the coming years. I have taken the factors into account in the design and am creating housing that meets the standard of the locality and meets the needs of each family, providing comfort, tranquillity and a pleasant environment.
