The construction of the apartment building is located in Plzeň, specifically in the Jižní předměstí area. The main concept of the project was to create modern and comfortable housing that meets the needs of today's urban population. The design emphasizes the connection between the interior and exterior, highlighted by an articulated facade with recessed and protruding balcony blocks, contributing to the dynamic character of the surrounding space. The apartment building is designed to respect the surrounding development and complement its urban character.
