Neo Filling

This project represents the design of a modern residential building that responds to the requirements of contemporary urban living, while sensitively fitting into the historical environment of the center of Prague. The building has one underground floor, which is used for reserved parking for residents, and a ground floor with commercial spaces. All above-ground floors are intended exclusively for residential units. The facade is designed with an emphasis on clean lines and harmonious proportions, while the regular grid of large-format windows refers to modern architectural principles. The combination of light facing material and fine division of the facade creates a balanced visual expression that respects the classic architecture of the surrounding historic buildings.
