Low Speed Block Smíchov - APARTMENT BUILDING

The main inspiration for this project was the ever-improving Smíchov district. Our main goal was to create a harmonious environment connecting housing, office space and nature. By entering our residential space, you will be torn away from the busy city and immersed in an atmosphere of peace and quiet. On the glass ground floor of the building you will find areas for rent and shops. In the silence of the courtyard, there are four-storey coworking spaces that create a friendly climate for learning new knowledge and productive work. Tenants also have the opportunity to grow their own agricultural products in the greenhouse, enjoy staying on shared garden terraces and participate in building a neighborhood community.
