At the intersection of traditional urban living and modern housing concepts, a place is emerging that combines serene privacy with a natural openness to public space. The design on Olšanská Street in Prague's Žižkov district stems from the need to create a space that harmoniously responds to the requirements of contemporary urban living while respecting the unique character of this location. The project focuses on integrating aesthetics, functionality, and natural sustainability. Its goal is to create a space that not only serves its residents but also contributes to the development of the neighborhood community and enhances the public space in this part of the city.
