The Smíchov Market project transforms a site in the residential area of Smíchov, where a railway embankment will no longer serve as a barrier but will become a pedestrian and cycling path. A new hub will emerge, connecting a market near Nádražní Street, a student residence, a library along U železničního mostu Street, and a pedestrian zone. A residential building with retail spaces will complement the southeastern edge, providing noise protection for the surrounding area. The project integrates functionality and social value, transforming the location into an attractive space for community life and interaction.
