STUDENT LIVING

The student dormitory project in Žižkov provides modern and comfortable accommodation near the centre of Prague. The building is designed to meet the needs of students, combining functionality and aesthetics and offering an ideal environment for study and relaxation. Each room, single, double or quadruple, has its own kitchen, bathroom and loggia. There is a study room on each floor. The courtyard is used for relaxing, studying and meeting, including front garden cafes. The ground floor offers cafes, shops and other commercial spaces, with garages and bike storage in the basement. The project complements the urban planning complex of Žižkov and makes use of the last undeveloped block of the district.
