Gas station

In Drtinova street in Smíchov, there is a gas station in a gap between the builgings, and large garages are hidden behind it. The design of three buildings added to the current state gives the place a new meaning. The buildings contain apartments of various sizes and thus provide space for living for diverse groups of society. The entire project emphasizes common spaces for residents to meet. There is a common study room, laundry room and gardens. The goal was to create a design focused on residents that will create space for as much living as possible while at the same time responding appropriately to its surroundings.
