The student housing project for AMU in Florenc responds to the development of the Florenc 21 area, an ambitious plan to transform the district into a modern, multifunctional neighborhood combining housing, work, culture, and public spaces. The concept of the project integrates sustainable practices, flexibility, and harmony between the urban environment and the needs of students. Public recreational and social spaces are designed to foster community interactions and provide students with opportunities to spend time with friends, while private residential units offer a peaceful and functional setting for studying and living.
