The residential building is located on Na Hrázi Street, where it begins to complement the existing development and, together with other residential buildings, creates a block that originally existed here before the construction of the bus terminal. This has resulted in the creation of a courtyard, which is open to the public and serves as a space for community activities for the residents. The street-facing facade is characterized by its symmetry, simplicity, and brick elements, connecting it to the original neigboring building. The courtyard-facing facade retains its brick elements but disrupts the simplicity and symmetry, giving the building a distinct identity.
