Foundation House and a Gallery for Artists

The object is situated in Prague, in an area called Baba. It is situated on a hill with a view of Dejvice. The object consists of three floors where each serves its own purpose. The main entrance is accessible from the street by a footbridge on the first floor. You can find the gallery there which is publicly accessible. The artist’s studios can be found on the -1st floor. The -2nd floor has three flats for the artists. The entire object is based on the principle of sustainability. The object has mounted photovoltaics, a green roof and a greenhouse which runs through its center in a vertical direction. This place should evoke a peaceful atmosphere for the visitors of the gallery whilst providing an inspirational foundation for the artists.
